Can I return the products?
Used or worn items are non-returnable. According to LR CK 6.362 str. of the Lithuanian Civil Code, worn textiles are listed as non-returnable goods, so returns are not possible.
How long will it take to prepare my order? When will I receive it?
The order is prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipments within Lithuania are delivered in 1-3 business days. In Europe, delivery takes 7-14 business days. In other countries, it can take up to a month.
How can I track my order?
After your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Is there a physical studio? Where can I try on or buy the item I like?
Unfortunately, there is no physical studio at the moment, so it is not possible to try on or purchase items in person. All products can be purchased online, where you will find detailed size and measurement information. Are the clothes sold defective?
The online store offers carefully selected used clothes that are in excellent condition. Each item is thoroughly inspected, and if the item has any defects, this is always noted in the description. Please note that these are worn clothes, so minor signs of wear may be present, but any defects will be clearly mentioned in the description.

Are the clothes washed? Can I wear them immediately after receiving the package?
All clothes (except coats, jackets, and blazers) are carefully cleaned, so you can wear them immediately upon receipt. Coats, jackets, and blazers are not washed or cleaned but are thoroughly steamed and disinfected before shipping. If you wish, you can take these items to a professional cleaner for further cleaning.
