Shipping information

I pack and send your order within 1-3 business days. Shipping is available worldwide, using “Lietuvos paštas” (Lithuanian Post), and within Lithuania shipments are sent via “Omniva,” “LP Express,” and “DPD.”

Shipping to Lithuania via parcel lockers – 3,00 €

Shipping to European union via Lietuvos paštas – 10,00 €

Shipping to Australia, Canada, USA via Lietuvos paštas – 15,00 €

Shipping to other world regions via Lietuvos paštas – 15,00 €

Estimated delivery times

Usually, shipments within Lithuania are delivered in 1-3 business days, in Europe – 7-14 business days, and in other countries it can take up to a month. For European and international orders, I recommend visiting the Lietuvos paštas website and entering your shipment number for the latest and most accurate tracking information.

Customs / VAT

Lost / missing shipments

If your shipment is lost or missing, please contact me via email info@studionephelia.com or „Instagram“ message. Together, we will locate the missing shipment.

Quarantine inspections

studionephelia.com is not responsible for any quarantine inspections that may be applied in certain countries. We recommend checking with your local authorities before purchasing.

Returns

​

Used or worn items are non-returnable. According to LR CK 6.362 str. of the Lithuanian Civil Code, worn textiles are on the non-returnable items list, so returns are not possible.
